These resources will help provide a safe and welcoming place for my students to learn. The supplies are essential for their learning. I am a firm believer that all students can learn regardless of their race, perceived ability and socio-economic status. Funding this project will help with NEPF Standard 3, Indicator 4, which states, "Teacher structures the classroom environment to enable collaboration, participation, and positive affective experience for all students." Many of my students have anxiety and trauma. Providing a safe and welcoming environment allows them to focus on their education and not what may be going on outside of school.

About my class
