Most of my students rely on school for their meals. I like to provide them with some snacks to also help fuel them. One of my students struggles getting home from practice because her mother is immobile and relies on Uber. Stress toys are a good way for students to fidget in class with little distraction. So many of my students carry stress with them all day and having something to fidget with helps them refocus in class to get work done. Some of my students are also working on their impulsivity. Having a stress or fidget toy can help give them a minute to think before acting or responding to a situation.
