My high school students go through an entire school day, often staying after school to work on extracurriculars, without eating anything. The snacks I requested will help my students. Especially because high school students require more fuel to support their healthy development, I want to make sure I provide opportunities to nourish their body and their mind. I have found that students focus better after having a snack. Providing them a snack, especially early in the morning, will help energize and help them with concentration as they focus on their lesson and tasks!
