The materials I have chosen will be used at school with our Title 1 school to promote healthy play at recess and during PE classes. If funded this playground equipment will allow our students to get much needed exercise. Exercise helps students concentrate on their school work for the rest of the day! Students are taught good sportsmanship by playing games with their peers, which contributes to social, emotional learning. Four square is a fun game that requires good playground balls. The playground balls we currently have pop as soon as we put air in them.
