If approved by the donors, I plan to introduce the sport of hockey to students that would normally not get the experience. We will learn about the rules of the game, the history of the game, and the proper rules and techniques. Along, with learning all of this, the students will learn proper care for the equipment and sportsmanship. I feel it is important that the students will get to add another sport and skill set to their PE standards. Hockey is a sport that most have never heard of, let alone play.
