  • Pre-K Fun Day

    Funded May 8, 2024

Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. We really appreciate you funding our project. It really means a lot to us because PreK Day is a celebration and a farewell. You will be helping us bring the children joy on that day. They’ll be very happy to receive their goodies and you will be part of that memory.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Pena

  • Not too Cold. Not too Hot. But just Right.

    Funded Dec 18, 2022

Thank you very much for funding our project. It is really going to come in handy because our heating has not been working properly. We usually start off the school week without heat and then it works its way up to 70 degrees by Wednesday. This unit will help us stay warm all week long. We really appreciate your generosity.”

  • Fantastic Fingers: FINE MOTOR SKILL DEVELOPMENT

    Funded Nov 15, 2021

I appreciate your generosity and I am very excited for our students practice to practice these new skills. I can't wait for them to use their new manipulatives and gain finger strength and coordination; soon they will be on their way toward zipping, buttoning, and writing independently. I can't wait to see all of the new confidence in my class!!!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Pena

Most of our students did not get the opportunity of attending a regular preschool due to the pandemic. Those who did attended virtually and in person from April to June. Most of the children receive the opportunity to practice fine motor skills in preschool while they were 3 years old. These materials will help all of our children build fine motor strength. Kids need fine motor strength in order to write, eat, zip and button. These materials and manipulatives will help my students develop fine motor skills. The skills they will gain by using these materials will help them with self-help skills which they will use all of their lives.
