Due to Covid, there are varied levels of readers within my classroom, including students that are non-readers and still need instruction in letter sounds to students reading above grade level. Currently I have available 6 I-pads in a classroom of 18. I-pads allow greater differentiation in the instruction of students and greater engagement. This is especially true with low achieving students. I don't have access to hard copies of books at a below grade level reading level for many of my second graders. The I-pad allows students to have unlimited access to books of all levels to improve literacy and promote reading growth. ELA RL2.10
