This lightbox (light table and center) will help my students channel their creativity. Curiosity makes sense as children explore and learn about subject matter that interests them. Studies have shown that when children become curious, their brains become fast-moving. The Information children gather encourages learning. The brain’s chemistry changes when we become curious. I would like to help my students learn and retain information with the light table and light table manipulative center. I would like to encourage my students to think beyond the box because curiosity is a basic impulse in children and education should be based on this behavior.
