My students thrive in class when they have the opportunity to CHOOSE how they will be learning and reinforcing skills during center time. By having a variety of fun and engaging hands-on centers for them to choose from it helps them take ownership in their learning experience and generates excitement in the process. Providing choices and fun-filled learning centers takes my students' learning experiences from being a "to-do list" and turns it into an "I-Get-To-Do list"! It's a great feeling to see my students learning and succeeding in class, but seeing them LOVE the learning process along the way makes it so much sweeter!
