I am interested in bringing the amazing world of 3D printing to my classrooms. Students will learn about the technology and exciting powerful new design software. A variety of teacher-tested step-by-step classroom projects will help students explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, along with forays into the visual arts and design. "Math’s value and utility has begun to shift to finding patterns, representing these patterns, problem-solving, and developing critical, logical and computational thinking." I am also interested in bringing in robotics to the classroom. The robot I am requesting is an engagingly sophisticated learning robot that will inspire creative problem-solving. With something for beginners and advanced coders alike, this robot can grow with the user and take coding to the next level. The students will also be able to engage and build coding proficiency and transfer from Block-Based coding to text-based JavaScript. Thank you for your support in helping my students advance mathematically and technologically into the 21st Century.
