  • Supply Needs

    Funded May 18, 2023

Thank you for your donations! As a teacher buying supplies yearly for students can be costly. I thank you all for donating to my class and being a blessing. I will now be able to better prepare my students and ensuring they have all they need to be successful. Each item will be used to fit the needs of the students. You can never have enough crayons and paper lol. It truly takes a village to raise a child. Thank you all again as you have not only blessed me but also our future leaders. May God bless you all as you have been a blessing.”

    Funded Aug 24, 2022

Thank you all for your donations so that I was able to purchase new centers and items for my class. This allowed me to better engage students during small group time and instructional time. Each student enjoyed engaging with their classmates and being able to utilize what they learned during instructional time and transition it to small group. My students enjoyed coming in daily to a classroom that was vibrant and welcoming . Again I can not thank you all enough for your continued support, because teachers can not do it alone.”

    Funded Dec 5, 2022

Very Merry Christmas was a success I was able to give my students some educational gifts as well a small token of my appreciation to see how much they have grown the first 4 months of school. Each child loved their personalized gift and was so excited. They were excited to have a cup with their name, playdough. I know that they will be able to use their flash cards to review their letter sounds and letter recognition. I want to thank you all for your contribution and helping me to give my students a little something during the holiday season.”

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students are things that we will use daily. These items willl help to make sure that each day runs smoothly. The magnet letters will help them to learn their letter sounds while also teaching them how to build words. The magnetic foldwer bins will help to make sure that I am organized every day and allows the days to run smoothly so that I am not wasting time searching for items, they will be right on the board. ( Our time together is limited so I must make sure I maximize our time together. The reusable write and wipe pockets will allow me to cut down on using paper but still allows students to practice writing while saving trees. The supplies I am requesting is to help my students and to make sure they have all the need to succeed this school year The organizational crates will be used to organize our daily small groups. The laminating pouches and cardstock paper will allow me to make quilty centers and even laminate activities that we can use all year while saving on paper. With majority of my students living in a low-income household they are not always able to provide snacks everyday. Having snacks on hand will help me to refuel them because no can concentrate on an empty stomach. The donations to this project will be used daily and help me as a teacher provide my kiddos with all they need to take on the day and succeed.
