My special needs bilingual students will have more access to literature and learning. These books and materials will help us create projects to take home and share with our families. The picture books will provide a story and the crafts will tie into literature. Many of my students have a limited number of books at home and they often struggle to access books that are appropriate for their grade level and reading level. These materials will provide not only the literature they need but also the experiences of making crafts that are tied into the stories.
