The positive reward incentives I am requesting for my students will provide positive immediate feedback to students who focus and take the time to think about making better choices in their lives. Many of my students come from homes in a low socio economic area and they often lack structure and positive supports in the home. I am asking for these items to encourage them to consider the situation they find their self in and decide what would the best choice be to benefit their future. They need to hear praise, be rewarded for making better choices and encouraged to be responsible for their behavior and choices they make.
