Clean Floors for Learning
Funded Aug 20, 2022I would like to begin by saying thank you very much. Your generous donation to our project "Clean Floors for Learning" has really had a great impact on my students.
Students really enjoy when it's their turn to press the home button on the iRobot so that it returns to its dock. They like to predict which route it will take to get back to its station. They also like to see it clean the area rug before our quiet reading time. They know they can comfortably sit on the carpet and enjoy their novel or chapter book.
This project has been one of the students favorite and I would like to really thank you once again.”

Funded Feb 6, 2022I would like to begin by saying thank you. Your donation to our project "Snacks for All" has really had a great impact on my students.
My students are beyond grateful for the snacks that were donated to our project. Some of my students do not get to school on time to enjoy or have their free breakfast therefore, they really enjoy and appreciate the snacks that are available to them in my classroom. For other students that have a later lunch, a mid-morning snack to give them a boost of energy has been extremely helpful.
I feel that a student with an empty stomach can be distracted, so a little snack can really help them stay focused on what is important in school.”

Our Class library
Funded Apr 20, 2022I would like to begin by saying thank you. Your donation to our project "Our Class Library" has really had a great impact on my students.
My younger students enjoy listening to the variety of books during read-a-loud. My older students were delighted with the novel Stone Fox. They were all so touched by the ending of the story that a few had tears in their eyes. This year I began to read the same novel with a new group and I love to hear them sigh when I stop because we run out of time. That to me is beyond priceless.
I feel that reading is the key to a successful future because reading helps our students learn to make sense of the world around them, to building social-emotional skills and of course to think outside the box.”

Endless Literacy Possibilites
Funded Feb 14, 2022I would like to begin by saying thank you so very much. Your generous donation to our classroom project "Endless Literacy Possibilities" has really had a great positive impact on my students.
Students really enjoyed creating and using the Cricut to create amazing projects throughout the school year. A few students also took advantage of the Cricut to create their poster boards for the Science Fair.
This year students are eagerly awaiting for their opportunity to also create their own projects.”

Learn It in Color
Funded Jan 24, 2022Thank you very much for your kindness and generosity towards this project. The ink for the printer has provided my students the opportunity to print their projects in color. It has also allowed me to create colorful anchor charts and other materials in color. One of my goals was to provide my students with colorful anchor charts around the classroom for reference when working independently. The anchor charts and other materials are always displayed as reminders of prior learning and built upon over multiple lessons. Once again, thank you very much.”

Take a Seat!
Funded Jan 7, 2022Thank you for your generosity! My students really enjoy using the bouncy balls and wobble stools in my class on a daily basis. They enjoy seating on these seats during instruction and while they read independently.
When my students heard the great news that this project had been funded they were very excited. They were filled with joy and couldn't wait for me to get air into the colorful bouncy balls.
Once again, thank you so much for making this project a reality. Your kindness made my students very happy.”

Funded Nov 19, 2021I want to thank you very much for your donation. My students use their binder every day during their dyslexia lab. Students were able to organize all their handouts and worksheets into their binder as soon as they received them. I allowed them to personalize a coversheet with their names to insert into the front plastic cover (they were delighted about that and binders look amazing).
When the boxes with binders arrived to our classroom, my students were extremely excited. These binders have become a very important part in their daily instructional day.
I created colorful dividers to insert into their binders (as seen on picture) so that they can easily find a worksheet or move along our curriculum with ease. Each student is able to keep track and organize each assignment into the appropriate sections of their binder without misplacing or losing any of their work.”
