After missing over a year of in-person instruction, my students greatly benefit when materials are presented visually. Especially those who are still in the process of learning English or those students who struggle with reading. The tools that I am asking for would help me create engaging, visually appealing materials for them. For instance, for my students that struggle with the production of the "sh" sound, I could create an ocean lesson plan that would include a story, with words such as ocean, shell, fish, shark, etc and I could create materials, such as puzzles, coloring pages, and crafts that we could later display on our bulletin board. Many of my students don't have any books at home, so I would love for them to create their own books, that include their target words, and their own illustrations. Additionally, these materials would allow me to send engaging activities and worksheets for them to practice at home, as well as the tools necessary to keep my speech room organized and stimulating.
