Flexible seating will help my students to do their work in one centralized location with their group during center time to eliminate some of their fidgeting. My resource students as well as my general education students fidget while working. The flexible seating will help them to wiggle and wobble, but continue to work without distracting their peers. Whereas students are normally putting their feet in the seat of desks, tilting over the desks, or almost standing in the seat—they’ll be able to sit and move peacefully without interrupting the rest of the class.
