My professional goal for this school year is to make sure all my students learn at their own pace and to achieve this, I need to make sure my lessons are structured well enough to meet individual needs. The materials for my lessons should also be very practical and more engaging. The digital resources from Teachers Pay Teachers are very engaging, it includes both digital activities and hands-on activities which I believe are essential for lesson differentiation. The other supplies will be used for collaboration and hands-on activities to engage my scholars.
