As a counselor I see students who are suffering from stress and anxiety after the pandemic. The transition back to brick and morter after Covid has not been easy on many of them. Many of my middle school students are still being quarantined which causes un-do anxiety as they return to school. Additionally, I work with many 6th graders who are transitioning to middle school as well. I want their counseling area to be a place where they are happy and comfortable. A place to come where the daily stressors fade away.

About my class
