    Thank you so much for your donation, that brought high interest short stories to my classroom. We were all excited to open the boxes to see the new titles. A handful of the books were checked out by the students before they even hit the classroom library shelves. I can not express how wonderful it is to see my students excited about reading these titles. It truly warms my heart!

    You are making a difference in my students' lives. It is important that they are motivated and interested in reading. It's also important for them see themselves in the characters they are reading about. Finally, it's so important that they simply read. Thank you again for helping me help my students.”

    Your donations have made a huge impact in our classroom. They are still talking about the goodies we have received. The pretzels are LONG GONE! All students are able to obtain the materials they need to use on a daily basis, both at school and at home. We've been using the new materials for our white boards every day. They made sure to label all of the individual items and I know they will last the entire school year. Without you we would not have these items. Thank you so much for caring about us! I'm looking forward to working on a new project. You made my first one a success!”

Students will be able to simply focus on the academic material at hand, and not whether their materials are going to work or not. The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help getting everything through our classroom door! The white board materials and other supplies will be used by the students, so that they may create books. The organizational containers will be placed on the shelves in the back of our classroom. They will help the Writer's Workshop process run smoothly from day to day. When the students are ready to share their final draft we will enjoy the pretzels during our authors party.
