In my classroom, I send home folders that hold important information, student work, and brain boosters. We currently use a bin for students to turn in these folders. The bin makes it difficult for my students to find their folders easily as well as making it difficult for us to send work home as we have to go through each folder. If we had a communication station students would be able to independently find their folders and even put their hard work right in those folders fo bring home at the end of the day. This would ensure important information arrived home safe and intact!
