These resources will promote Nevada Academic Content Standard WL.2, Interpretive Communication. Having a diverse and authentic set of Spanish texts for students to choose from will enhance their opportunities to understand, interpret and analyze what they read on a variety of topics. Students can check books out that spark their interests during free independent reading tasks. The resources will help fulfill COVID-related learning needs in my class because students can utilize them whether they are in learning in-person in the classroom or working from home on a distance education model.
