Thank you so much for your generous donation to our classroom materials fund. Your support means a great deal to us and will significantly contribute to providing a strong start to the school year. With your help, we can ensure that our students have access to the necessary resources and tools to facilitate their learning and development. Once again, thank you for your kindness and generosity. Your support plays a vital role in shaping the future of our students, and we are deeply grateful for your commitment to their education. We look forward to sharing the positive impact of your donation as the school year progresses.”

  • Look at Us Now, We Gettin' Paper

    Funded Feb 15, 2023

Thank you so much for the paper. We were able to prints tons of resources for our scholars in order to prepare for their state exams. They were able to receive US History content, practice test questions, time lines, maps, charts, graphs, graphic organizers, Political Cartoons and create one-pagers. One pagers are like a brain-dump, they can write down and/or draw everything they know about any given topic. This happens to be one of the most effective tools or tactics that we use in our US History classes. Again, thank you for investing in our success.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Knott-Wilson

  • Tech & History

    Funded Dec 25, 2022

Thank you for donating to our project! We are/were so excited and to receive the devices. They have helped out many students who did not have devices for various reasons. Students were able to complete assignments that were assigned on Canvas and other educational/digital platforms. Students that did not have cell phones could participate in educational games such as Kahoot and/or Blooket. Students were also able to complete assignments for other classes, apply for scholarships, create political cartoons, create flyers and many other things with the devices. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

  • We Are Our History

    Funded Nov 22, 2021

My students love their in-class binders, folders and other resources. The binders allow my students to keep up with their bellrigners, notes, vocabulary, maps, practice test questions and other resources. They are required to leave them in the classroom so that they won't lose them. The folders allow them to keep up with their review material and reading notes for previously taught content. The markers and colored pencils allow them to be creative while creating One-Pagers, graphic organizers, color coded notes, anchor charts and labeling maps.

They were so excited to see people that they don't know invest in them and their futures. Access to materials that enhance their learning experience excites them and encourages them to complete their assignments and participate in their learning.

Right now, we are preparing for our upcoming State Test in April. It is now crunch time for us. We are wrapping up current content and preparing to review the previous content. Our goal is content retention and acclimating students to the test questions. Thank for investing in our future.”

Many of these items will help literature come alive. I will assign many projects, create and analyze political cartoons, and in some cases students would have to include a color photo of the book cover, or important facts about the content they have read. The printer will definitely allow them to print in class without trying to search for a place to print. The paper is always necessary to complete assignments and be creative. Many of the students do not have these basics tools to even take down important notes that I write on the board. Having more instructional space and creativity space on the board will make the lessons more effective. All of these items will be a great asset to any learning environment.
