Science Explorers
Funded Dec 12, 2023Thank you for your generous contribution to our project "Science Explorers" for our classroom. The various science tools and materials have already been extremely beneficial in encouraging our little students to explore our science center further. As you can see from the pictures, these materials are engaging our students at an entirely higher level while exploring the science center. Students are even increasing their vocabulary while using these materials. Specifically, they are beginning to use words such as sink and float, heavy and light, far and close, magnetic, and not magnetic and much more! This is all thanks to the various materials we received that covers so many science areas.
After going on a nature walk, students were eager to get to the science center to explore the materials they found. Students used the magnify class and could not believe the difference in what they saw using these tools.
We are beyond grateful for the materials we received, and it is so convenient to have everything we need to explore various topics of science in one easily accessible center!
Your generosity is key to the success of our science center Thank you for helping us keep our science center strong and our material engaging!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Krystal

This classroom project was brought to life by An Anonymous Classroom Supporter.Music is a Language the Whole World Speaks
Funded Jan 10, 2022The class and I would are grateful for the multicultural instruments. My students were eager to know what was inside the boxes. Many of them were not aware of what a musical instrument was before these materials were donated to our class. Seeing the bongo drums ,den den drums, wooden fiddle sticks, piccolo block with mallet, confetti bells for the first time was a special moment to each and every student.
They were able to use these instruments to learn about different cultural music, as well as, increase their vocabulary by learning names of different instruments. My students learned that music comes in many different forms. My students learned how our music center can help them express their feelings and even help them when they may be feeling sad.
I will continue to teach them basic music skills and integrate multicultural music into different units of students and to help with our students emotions.”
With gratitude,
Ms. Krystal
