  • Help My Students Get Headphones!

    Funded Oct 4, 2021

Thank you so much for donating to my students! Each and every student will now have a brand new pair of headphones and we will be able to look at all different kinds of media in our social studies class. It will benefit their learning immensely.

    Thank you so much again!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. DeRosa

I am requesting brand new headphones for our school! Teaching history, we look at a lot of primary and secondary sources. Videos and audio clips are a great way to teach a complex topic. They're informative and entertaining for the students, which helps them stay engaged in the lesson for much longer. We have tried this year to have students bring in headphones or watch videos without it, and it is just chaos. There's just too much sound happening for any student to focus on that day's lesson. Students will use these headphones to help them focus on the online content they are exploring. This would really help my students focus and learn this year.
