These test preparation books and the review terms cards will help each individual student to learn the skills and content necessary to pass the extremely difficult and demanding Advanced Placement World History Exam. Many of my students cannot afford to purchase these review books due to COVID hardships for their families. Students can use the test prep books at home to study the College Board mandated content for multiple choice and short answer questions, as well as to practice their essay writing skills needed to compose Long Essay Questions as seen in standards like SS.9-12.WH.8-9. They will also be used to help students work on and practice Document Based Questions as seen in standards like SS.9-12.WH.3 & .6. There are also multiple practice tests in the book, that will help all of the students assess what they know, and what they still need to study before the exam on May 12. For my regular World History Students hands-on activities with models like the World War II tank can assist with a better understanding how the role of technology in warfare can be both a change and continuity overtime seen in standards like SS.9-12.WH.21-22, and SS.9-12.WH.38. Additionally, the silver coins will be used to demonstrate the changing nature of trade from barter to coin, and show how the global flow of Silver after the Columbian Exchange connected the Americas to Afro-Eurasia, as seen in standards like SS.9-12.WH
