Our students are hosting the Nevada Association of Student Councils conference this year. Our theme is Home Means Serving Nevada with a focus on helping students learn how to serve their communities in Nevada both in and out of school. The items we have requested will help this conference run smoothly and safely, while allowing for our students to focus less on putting out fires and more on helping over 1300 students learn ways in which they can help their schools grow socially and emotionally while improving school culture. The walkie talkies will help our students communicate throughout the conference to allow for it to run smoothly, the water dispensers will allow for students to fill their reusable water bottles with limited contact, and the scissors will allow for us to make the statewide service project, tie blankets for cancer patients. Thank you for considering donating to our project!
