I teach in an urban area. My student population is very diverse. While the majority 65% are Hispanic, we have Chinese, Caucasian, African-American and Arabic students. The diversity is one of the best parts of my school. Students are exposed to many languages and cultures. The vast majority of my students are eligible for free lunch. I feel lucky to teach here. I have nice students and supportive parents who truly want the best for their children.
