  • Rocket Math Snap

    Funded Dec 24, 2022

    Dear Donors,

The novelty and interactivity of the Rocketbook increased student engagement and participation in mathematics. The capability to seamlessly digitize notes and share them in real-time fostered a more interactive and collaborative learning environment. Students found the process of using a smart notebook intriguing, which motivated them to participate more actively in class activities and discussions.

By reducing the reliance on traditional paper and notebooks, the Rocketbook contributes to environmental sustainability. This aspect can be particularly appealing to institutions and individuals aiming to save resources and funds.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Denniz

  • "Mind-Bending Puzzles: Rubik's Cubes and Tower of Hanoi"

    Funded Jan 13, 2024

    Dear Donors,

One of the primary impacts of the "Mind-Bending Puzzles" project is on cognitive development. Engaging with puzzles such as the Rubik's Cube and the Tower of Hanoi requires and fosters a variety of cognitive skills including problem-solving, spatial reasoning, and memory. Studies have shown that regular interaction with complex puzzles can enhance mental agility, improve concentration, and foster a growth mindset among individuals of various age groups. This project contributes to the understanding of how structured puzzle-solving activities can be integrated into daily routines to stimulate cognitive functions, potentially delaying the onset of cognitive decline in older adults.”

  • INTERACTIVE MATHEMATICS

    Funded Apr 8, 2022

Interactive whiteboards combine multiple learning styles into a single experience. Students can learn by seeing, hearing, and physically interacting with the board. This provides me with new and creative ways to teach the same subject matter. As a result, my students learn and remember more effectively.

Students can interact with the learning material using interactive whiteboards. They participate in the lesson and can even teach each other. Touching, drawing, or writing on the board demonstrates their understanding of the subject.

In the classroom, students are more attentive. Understanding grows. Test scores are improving. Literacy is increasing. Students learn and remember more effectively. Learning always improves when students participate more in the classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Denniz

  • Gem 'oh Try the Art in Math!

    Funded Mar 13, 2022

The use of a graphic tablet demonstrates the student's interest in the educational process. The incorporation of innovative technologies into mathematics education, as well as their application in other areas such as the arts and graphic technologies, is an important factor for students' aesthetic and moral education, which plays an important role in the development of creative skills. The use of graphic technologies in the mathematics classroom is considered novel.

Even though art is often seen as distinct from science, drawing can be a valuable way for students to deepen their understanding of a subject. Drawing with a digital pen may encourage new forms of collaborative creativity. During one of our daily Geometry classes, my students created a sketch model with a graphic tablet.”

    With gratitude,

    Mr. Denniz
