To help us get back on track after two years of COVID madness, we have designed a building-wide intervention program. In this all-hands-on-deck approach, all staff will work with small groups of students for remediation or acceleration depending on individual needs. Each staff member needs a whiteboard to show examples. This project was tested during summer school and has been proven to grow students academically, which is in dire need at this time. By increasing fluency and comprehension in Language Arts and increasing math skills, our goal is to increase assessment scores, school-wide. These whiteboards with erasers are the only materials we are missing to achieve this goal.
