Receiving this table top kiln will enable my students to experience precious metal clay and create a small piece of jewelry, learn about glass fusing and copper enameling. The Visual Art Studio is a safe place for students to freely create and the more varied the mediums I can offer, the better possibility of students creating. The pandemic left so many students with all types of anxiety. The Art Studio provides an outlet where students can feel safe to make a ‘mistake’ and then work to turn that ‘mistake’ into something beautiful.

About my class
