I teach special education and I have students in my classroom at various learning levels. I plan to find great sensory activities and independent learning games to motivate students. I also think these items will be great to give my students time to play independently and learn so that I can focus on each individual student at any given time for reaching individual learning goals. I have learning centers set up in my classroom where I group my students based on their learning level. My assistants and I go from group to group helping and guiding the students. Having an independent learning play center will help to keep students excited in the learning experience.
