With hands-on science tools, students will be able to maximize their learning through engagement, inquiry, and exploration! The materials we have now aren't as good as they could be (they're old, and not in great shape), and they're not keeping the kids engaged. With this project, we can update our electricity unit so that students don't have to fumble around with wires and making sure they get connected correctly. We will also be able to get rid of our current broken circuit boards. My students learning about animals will be able to see what other animals eat when we dissect owl pellets. It will allow us to view the life cycle and food chain firsthand. The STEM activity set will provide us with many materials we are missing in our classroom.
