  • Let’s Go Read

    Thank you for generously supporting our classroom. We want you to know that you make a difference!

    Our seating arrived in the middle of the day. The kids immediately unboxed it and debated on the best placement for optimal reading. They were so excited.

    We are putting our new seating to good use in our reading nook. It is never empty. The kids use it every minute of the school day. It has given the students a special place to sit comfortably and enjoy their time reading or working on other assignments.”

  • Make Printing Colorful

    Thank you for supporting our classroom. Your generosity has made it possible for us to print colorful visual aides for so many of our classroom needs.

    The students use the colored printer for visuals to go with research and reports. They write articles for a weekly newsletter to print and send home. They love being published!

    We also use the materials for achievement awards, attendance awards, and many other awards. We create classroom posters and centers for our classroom and others.

  • Magnification Fun

    The materials arrived in the middle of a school day. I unpacked the boxes with the students help. They were so excited to see microscopes! We promptly took them out and set them up for a little preview.

    They were amazed by the things they viewed.

    We now have four stations set up around the room and they stay busy. The kids love exploring the wonders that can only be viewed through magnification. We are so grateful for the generosity of our donors who provided the materials that will be used now and for years to come.”

  • Energy, Speed, and Motion Fun

    Our materials arrived in several boxes. The students were so inquisitive while opening them all. They couldn't wait to get started!

    We did our first lesson on coaster building. It was a huge success. We had plenty of discussions over whose was the best design and had the most energy. We learned about the concepts of force, friction, work, mass, velocity, potential energy, and kinetic energy.

    The students are excited and ready for the next few lessons with these materials. Thank you all!”

With these materials my students will gain a better understanding of force, potential energy, kinetic energy, speed, position, motion, force, friction, gravity, and inertia. These materials will allow investigations and understanding of moving objects that exhibit different kinds of motions and that pushes or pulls can change the path of an object. Learning about the energy of moving objects and the way that energy is transferred will be an engaging and fun way to learn. All students will be engaged with hands on materials in a fun and inquisitive learning environment.

About my class
