  • Speech and Language Therapy + Technology = FUN!

    Our school year is off to a great start with the addition of our new iPad, thanks to the generosity of our wonderful donors. My students are benefiting from multimodal therapy and have been enjoying the diverse resources that I am able to provide them through this vital piece of technology. Our access to inclusive books, games and apps has expanded significantly with the iPad. My students have taken great care of the iPad and have enjoyed taking on their jobs related to the maintenance of the iPad. The students have rotating jobs in which they clean and charge the iPad. Our iPad has been such a great addition to our speech therapy room, my students lovingly nicknamed it "Speechie." We all love "Speechie" and we can't thank you enough for your generosity because without you, it would not be possible!”
