Every year, children thought out the Baker region struggle to receive a proper education. The few that are able to attend school, only participate when they can. Of those few, even fewer are able to capitalize on the education provided due to a sheer lack of resources and supplies. The struggles of these young children mirror the struggles of so many other schools in the Baker region in general.

On behave of our students at impact Charter School, please accept heartfelt gratitude for the supplies and snacks that your office bestowed upon our scholars. Our scholars are our future and every opportunity is a blessing. Many of my scholars in need will benefit from the supplies and snacks that you so graciously donated. Community partners are indeed an important part of the success of our youths and your support is greatly appreciated.

Thank you our scholars have been provided the supplies necessary to further their education, and with those supplies, the hope of a promising future for our scholars continues to grow and develop. With your help, these scholars have learned to appreciate the kindness of others, and will hopefully reciprocate your gestures to fellow scholars.

Enclosed with this letter you will find photographs. This photo opportunity was made from your donation. We hope you to can feel the joy and appreciation that was extended to us at the time this photograph was taken. Words cannot describe the great feeling that comes with offering such an opportunity to such innocent children.

Again, you made this possible, and I cannot thank you enough. It is through your actions, and the actions of so many like you, that our children have a chance to succeed. Thank you again, for all that you do, and all you that made it possible for the children of the 4th-grade scholars from Impact Charter School.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Fields

These very nutritious snacks will help to provide some form of normalcy for those devastated by Hurricane Ida. These snacks will also serve as incentives and rewards still coming to learn during these times. I know providing snacks for these students will help them and their families get nutrition. By providing snacks for my students, I will be helping parents to give them some relief in knowing they will have the nutrition they need to get through the day and be rewarded for good work at the same time! I just need help motiving and showing my students we care about them.
