These books and resources will help my students to develop a lifelong love of reading. I am a big book worm myself and it pains me when my students say they hate reading. This disdain for reading comes from being forced to read books they have no interest in. I hope to provide these books for students and start a book club for the 5th graders in my campus so they can love reading like I do. The reading resources will also be used to develop an interactive reading notebook so students can use to reference preciously taught strategies.
