With everything that is happening in our world today everyone needs a little bit of kindness, compassion, and uplifting messages in their lives. The messages created will empower my students to contribute to the surrounding communities a message of love and hope. My students will cultivate and establish a learning environment through this experience that is safe, trusting, healthy while also building collaborative relationships and rigorous and meaningful discussions. There will be a sense of connection within our school and neighborhood communities by lifting others up through simple acts of kindness. The kindness rock materials will allow students to invent, create, collaborate, and communicate in a way that many will never have experienced before and may never experience again. It will provide them a sense of achievement, hope, and compassion for others. It will also allow my students to think of other ways they can spread kindness around them no matter where they go. What an amazing idea!! In today's society, we could all use a little bit of love, hope, compassion, and kindness!
