  • Flexible Seating !

    From the moment the students walked into the classroom and saw our new seating option I knew they would be a hit! I have found that with the wobble chairs I have many students with more verbal engagement and less distractions with items in front of them. This has also lead to having more focus time in projects. I have found the student really enjoy the seats when they are working on a task that involves detailed attention or intense focus such as typing essays and detailed art. I have used the seats with small group essay time and detailed silhouette art that the students put great effort towards and they came out amazing.

    These seats have helped students get the wiggles out and they have been a great tool for students having a hard time focusing for lengthier lessons. They are a great asset to our classroom.”

    Thank you so, so much for your donations to my students! Your donations have allowed me to purchase some new, engaging resources that are unique and allow for more creativity. I was able to purchase exciting projects like graphic organizers for challenging math skills and interactive notes for history we normal take notes on. The students were so engaged and loved that the activities were a break from our normal routines. The students really took advantage of the creative freedom in some tasks and I felt like they had new opportunities to shine. I also was able to purchase fun math projects that allowed them to apply their concepts earned to real world examples.

    Our classroom is so grateful for your support. I look forward to using more project ideas other amazing teachers have created.”

Students have been home sitting in different parts of their home as they engaged over zoom and had flexibility with their movements. Students benefit from natural movement to stay focused and engaged during their learning. By donating to our project, you will not only promote natural body movement to increase student attention and focus, you will also help their transition back into in person learning. My students enjoy activities that allow them to move around the room and move their bodies. Giving students choice in their seating and providing opportunity to get the wiggles out can greatly impact my students academic achievement and comfort in the classroom.
