The vitality for students having music education creates long-lasting effects in a child’s life, not only academically, but also personally. Academically music education is known to have a crucial impact on enhancing the development, understanding, and learning of other core subjects, especially in math and science. Not only does music help a child discern other subjects, music also helps personally in the development and nurturing of the human body. Studying and learning music creates paths that can emotionally help students, enhance creativity, and allow them to be more versatile. Learning how to play the ukulele can have such a positive impact on my students' lives in ways that are unimaginable. Practicing will help instill determination, and performing will provide an opportunity to display their hard work. The all-around positive effect music creates does not go unnoticed and should be pursued to provide students with the best quality education they deserve.
