With both engaging print and digital options for Scholastic News, my students will be able to build their nonfiction reading skills while increasing their content knowledge on topics that are interesting to them. I have included the science version of the magazine as well because my class is super excited about science. In fact, it's what they look forward to each week!! Scholastic News introduces students to current events, science, and social studies from a kid's perspective. The print magazine is great to use for teaching close reading skills and the digital component allows the learning to continue at home. The print + digital subscription offer includes multimedia teaching tools and videos that can be used with each issue. Plus, for only $1 more per student we will receive the science component too!
