These materials will make a difference because we will actually be able to compete in popular games as teams. Many of our students don't own their own consoles and are limited to browser games on Chromebooks. We want to form our eSports club for after school and get proficient in popular games like Smash Bros and Rocket League so that we can feel like a legitimate high school and start to attend and compete in team-based eSports competitions. We are looking for a feeling of togetherness, and competing in games is a great way to do it.
