PACE Program Students will be providing the Culinary Program at Southwest Career and Technical Academy with specially requested herbs, fruits, and vegetables. Students learn how to collaborate, plan and working with their peers and staff. Additionally, students will learn responsibility for maintaining living things, creating schedules, meeting deadlines, as well as the required process for growing herbs, fruits, and vegetables in an indoor environment in a cost efficient manner. This project is rather expensive...so we look forward to collaborating and partnering with you to see the fruits of our labor (pun intended)!
