The materials such as the stability balls and resistance bands will give our students more equipment to improve their strength in our weightlifting classes. Stability balls will be used to work on balance and coordination. The resistance bands will be used as part of our strength program. Our weightlifting room is also used by our athletic programs. We want to improve our weightlifting room to offer a variety of equipment to meet each student's goals and to improve fitness. We also want to use the equipment for student-athletes or students whom have injuries and can rehabilitate using the stability ball and resistance bands.

About my class
