  • Loving Our Littles!

    Funded Jan 27, 2025

Thank you so much for helping us provide nutrition snacks for our class Your contribution was essential to fight food insecurity in our community. Our students are always looking forward to our snack time and their bodies are being nurtured with organic snacks which help them develop healthy feeding habits. Our most picky eaters have been able to expand their palate, try new healthy foods and become more aware of the food choices they make. Our students with disabilities have also been able to successfully participate in our snack time thanks to the variety of textures of the snacks you provided with your generous contribution.

We feel very fortunate to have you as generous donors in our lives.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Elisa

  • Gardening Club and Farm to Table Project

    Funded Jan 24, 2025

Our students have already started to use our wonderful gardening materials to grow vegetables and herbs in our classroom. Our aero garden is already full of new sprouts and it will allow us to grow 6 different vegetables, herbs, and flower. Our Fish Tank & Seed Sprouter will show our students how a self-sustaining system works: the fish waste fertilizes the plants and the plants clean the water for the fish. Our fish tank is up and running ready to host our new fish next week.

We are so happy that you made this possible for us!”

  • STEM, Nutrition Education, and Literacy for All

    Funded Sep 18, 2024

My students have been really engaged in our food education lessons and we have been using the air fryer weekly to create wonderful healthy snacks. With your contribution, they are beginning to create healthy eating habits and consume important nutrients which in the long run will reduce their risk of developing health conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes.

In addition, our STEM center has been a huge success! Our students have spent many hours comparing and contrasting items as well as measuring and exploring our new materials.

Thank you for your continuous support!”

  • 3K Supplies for ALL!

    Funded May 17, 2024

I am amazed at your generosity and my co-teacher and I are so grateful for your contributions! We are using your donations daily to keep the classroom clean and tidy. In addition the science viewers have been an enourmous success in our science center! Our students have spent hours exploring the life cycles and different species of insects, mammals, reptiles, and anphibians. They have also been using the microscopes to explore how different surfaces and items look like when magnified. We are excited to continue to learn more about science to hands on activities during our gardening and insect exploration curriculum units.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!”

  • Feed the Brain

    Funded Feb 27, 2023

Thank you so much for providing healthy snacks for our class. Many of our students experience food insecurity which greatly interferes with their learning. Hungry brains can't learn!

Thanks to your support, all of our students were able to eat healthy snacks filled with fibers and proteins at least twice a day. Food insecurity is a real epidemic but we are so grateful that there are people like you who value all our students and kindly donate to make sure that no child goes hungry in our schools.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Elisa

  • Color and Play

    Funded Sep 29, 2022

Thank you so much for the ink for the color printer for my classroom! A large part of our lessons feature visual cues such as colorful pictures that are used as a support to our preschool students who still haven't learned how to read. My students this year are so lucky to be able to look around the room and see colorful letters, numbers and signs to help them navigate our classroom! In addition, thank you to your generosity, we were able to test this ink tank printer and, since it worked so well, our principal decided to buy one of the same printers for each grade level. You have made a donation that has multiplied exponentially! Thank you for thinking of our teachers!”

  • STEM Materials

    Funded Jan 13, 2022

My students are learning about growth and chance. A few questions they are asking is "How do things grow?" "What can we do to help things and animals grow?". Thanks to the materials we received, we were able to learn about the life cycles of various organisms, including chickens. The children were able to see each stage of development of the chick inside the egg and to make connection between visual models and real life as we observed the eggs we had in our classroom. When our eggs finally hatched the children were amazed to see our chicks move and grow under our very eyes. Thank you so much for providing science materials to support them through their journey to learning.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Elisa

These materials will help children with developmental difficulties succeed and become agents of their own learning through creativity and ingenuity. The students will use the seats to receive the necessary physical support and sensory feedback in order to stay seated during circle time. The sensory letters will entice students who are sensory seeking and will help them develop letter recognition. The tape dispenser will be used in the art studio so that each child can autonomously create artwork to represent their learning and their understanding of the world around them.
