I am requesting some lotions and essential oils to help students heal holistically. Students will regulate their emotions by first recognizing what they're experiencing, and utilize the lotions and essential oils to "pause" what they're feeling and get back to baseline. The scent of lavender is very calming and soothing and can help students get back into class. Having a positive sensory experience can help students calm their emotions and feel grounded. Hopefully, this initiative will afford students a quicker opportunity to get back into class and focus on their rigorous academics.

About my class
