My project as a speech-language pathologist in the Bronx is to provide my students with the skills they need to be successful adults! I service students with special needs across all grade levels, which include PreK to 5th grade in my current school community. It is my honor to be able to serve in a community that I grew up in myself being born and raised in the Bronx. My students are eager, creative, and willing to learn, which makes my time with them worthwhile. We are a school community that appreciates any help we can get. I want to be sure that I am providing a wholesome classroom environment that is enriched with not only academic content but also social-emotional learning components. This will help to ensure that my students are given a well-rounded education that will provide them with the skills to be boys and girls with vision!
