In PE, we are constantly shooting for a goal. Whether it be in soccer, hockey, football, basketball, etc. there is always some sort of goal line. Having actual soccer goals to use in multiple games would be very useful as well as very fun for the kids. There is a very popular game called gaga ball that other PE teachers have raved about. Students love this game and cannot wait to play it. However, you must have a barrier in order to play it. This is why I am asking for these colorful baby gates. Getting these gates will introduce a new game to my students that I know will be a school favorite. All grade levels will be able to play it and we will even be able to use it for field day as well as during PE class. Receiving both of these item will help improve the health of our students by introducing them to new fun activities and helping them realize how much fun being physically active can actually be. My goal as a Physical Education Teacher is to help each student find at least one activity that they enjoy that will keep them physically active and healthy.
