  • Smartboard Laptop

    Funded Nov 29, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom project. I am thrilled to have received this new laptop to help me continue to give the students in my class my best!

I will be using the laptop daily to present engaging lessons to my students on our classroom Smartboard. I will also use it with my Elmo document camera to project student worksheets onto the Smartboard, so that my directions are clear and visible, as well as to display examples of exemplary student work.

Your donation will make a great impact on my students!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Supplies To Keep Things Moving

    Funded Oct 27, 2022

Thank you so much for your support of my fourth grade classroom. It is so important that we have our basic supplies replenished throughout the school year and of course, that can be very costly. I would not be able to provide many of these things for my students throughout the school year without the support of donors like you.

The kids are always eager to print their work in true color and we go through ink fast, so we were so happy to receive a replenishment of color ink. The other supplies, such as the markers and the construction paper, help us to keep our creative juices flowing!

Thank you again for your support!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Read to Lead!

    Funded Oct 20, 2022

I can't thank you enough for donating to our classroom project. The impact of the supplies I was able to purchase for my students is so significant. The incentive prizes are helping me to keep my students motivated as they work towards their independent Reading Goals.

Each day they work on successfully completing the Lead Measures we came up with to help them reach their goals. They spend 30 minutes reading independently and make sure to read a mix of fiction and non-fiction each week. They track their progress daily in their digital Leadership Portfolios.

On Fridays, they meet with their Accountabilibuddies and discuss how the week went for them and what they can do next week to improve. Then, we determine what percentage of the class was successful with their Lead Measures and track it on our classroom scoreboard. The students who stuck to their plans earn rewards.

I look forward to continuing to share photos of the students progress with you. Thank you for helping me make this a success in our classroom.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Flexible Learning Opportunities

    Funded Aug 9, 2022

On behalf of my students, I would like to thank you for your generosity. The materials that you donated to our classroom help me to keep my students highly engage in their learning experiences.

The flexible seating gives the kids opportunities to keep their bodies active while working so that they can concentrate better. We also use the clipboards daily so that the students are not bound to their desks. The timers have also been a great tool to keep the kids on track and accountable for finishing tasks in a timely fashion.

Your continued support of our classroom is much appreciated!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Supplies for a Super Successful Start!

    Funded Aug 2, 2022

My students and I would like to send you a huge thank you for all that you have donated to our classroom. The supplies we received from this project are used in our classroom daily.

We do lots of partner and group work in our room and the post-it charts are coming in super handy so that we can work in a way that is visible to everyone in the group. We also use the dry erasers daily during math partner work. They help us to practice our skills in a fun way, using whiteboards, instead of always having to work in a boring workbook.

Thanks again! We really appreciate you!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Reusable Resources

    Funded Feb 7, 2022

My students and I would like to thank you once again for your support of our classroom. With the laminating materials and storage containers you helped to fund, we will be able to laminate a lot of our important learning charts and tools. We will laminate things like our Math Talk prompts, POWER Problem Solving Strategy, Evidence Based Terms, Transition Words, Writing Rubrics and more! This will make them durable enough to last us through the year so that we always have them handy.

    Thank you so much!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Print It Out!

    Funded Jan 26, 2022

My students and I would like to express our sincere appreciation for your donation to our classroom. Your generosity has helped us to keep up all the great work we have been doing this year. We were in desperate need of a new pencil sharpener because we sharpen our pencils so frequently. The heavy duty one we received from this project is perfect for high volume use. Additionally, we are thankful for the color ink, which allows us to print out our work, as well as some great learning resources in vibrant and engaging colors. Thanks again for your donation!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Diverse Students Sharing Cultures

    Funded Oct 25, 2021

This color printer has been a fantastic addition to our classroom. I never anticipated what a difference it would make for my students. They are using it to enhance their work in so many ways.

We have not worked on the project about our different cultures yet, because of issues with covid that has slowed down our instructional pacing a bit. However, the students have been working on various projects and the fact that they could print in color has increased their engagement and level of creativity. They've done everything from creating informational animal reports with vivid text features to printing manipulatives for their math work.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Ready Readers!

    Funded Oct 14, 2021

Thank you so much for generously donating the class set of Tales Of A Fourth Grade Nothing to our classroom. My students and I have enjoyed sharing the novel through read alouds and book clubs.

The students were able to work together to analyze the characters and discuss themes across the book. Having a class set allowed them to participate in book clubs and discuss their thinking while they read. They enjoyed asking questions, making predictions and making inferences with the text.

We also thoroughly enjoyed the humor in the book and the kids were excited to make text to self connections with the main character.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

  • Fully Charged and Ready to Learn!

    Funded Nov 1, 2021

My students and I can not thank you enough for funding our classroom charging station. From the first day that we received it, we used it immediately. We had been struggling since the start of the school year to keep the students' devices charged and ready for them to use for their schoolwork. Our classroom only has two outlets and we had a power strip in each of them. This did not provide enough charging for the whole class and it also created a hazard of power cords in a high traffic area of the room.

Our new charging station has greatly impacted our charging needs. Things are running so much smoother now. Multiple devices can be safely charged now and the devices are super organized.

We thank you again for your generosity in making sure we have everything we need to learn!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Mucciariello

Please help me provide my students with flexible seating options in the classroom. This school year they will be back to fully learning at school for the first time, since the start of the pandemic. Sitting at a desk all day will make it uncomfortable and difficult for them to focus on their work, after having had more flexibility learning at home. I want them to feel at home and relaxed in our classroom. These seating options will help them to work in different areas of the room, both individually and together, so that they can maximize their learning experiences.
