  • Hatching Ducks

    This was such an amazing experience and the children truly enjoyed watching the process from egg to duck. Many of these students have never had the opportunity to see animals up close. They loved being able to watch this 29 day process and learn about the growth of our baby ducks. After they hatched we named them and built a very special bond with them. We will never forget how memorable this was and we look forward to doing this again next year. We wanted to thank everyone that donated and participated in this wonderful experience. It was truly amazing!”

This learning experience will take place in the classroom. This will be a fun way to bring Science to life. They could witness the life cycle of chicks and ducks. They will also be able to use a magnify glass to look at the different stages of the eggs each day, as the animal grows inside. The best part is being able to have them as our class pet for a couple weeks to study them and learn about their needs. The children are going to love it! I can't wait!

About my class
