This classroom project was brought to life by The Allstate Foundation and 5 other donors.

Practical money management habits are not learned over night. A school store offers multiple opportunities to engage as a customer, entrepreneur and fiscal agent. Our school store start up will offer snacks and crafts based items as a foundation to practice fiscal literacy. At UASPA our PBI$ points system is set up to encourage both pro-school behaviors and a fun way to introduce interest based banking and commerce exchange. The PBI$ Store will run on a Positive Behavior Incentive System which is an excellent medium to developing core life skills while gaining understanding about business and long term financial planning.
